If you are like me, you probably have wrist pain or carpal tunnel syndrome. This can cause serious problems with your simple daily activities.
I went to a lot of doctors and had a lot of physiotherapy, and this did help greatly. My insurance was not the greatest, and only covered half of the cost. This almost left me bankrupt. I cant even describe the frustration I felt from the pain and all the bills.
I soon got to the point to where I could not afford to see the doctors and get the physical therapy I needed.
I searched online for weeks and weeks trying to find something I could do to manage my wrist and hand pain. I found a few exercises I could do myself, but it just wasn’t enough to stop the pain.
I finally found an at home treatment plan that worked. I found a site that provided all the answers I needed to stop my pain. When I first came across this site I didn’t think it was all that great, but I am glad I looked into it further.
